The tool includes real information on the supply and demand of real estate in participating municipalities and offers more affordable rental prices compared to the market. The goal is to <strong>create a network that connects different stakeholders<\/strong> and, through <strong>artificial intelligence<\/strong>, optimizes resources and data to better meet their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative focuses on social and healthcare attention, well-being, home security, and conflict mediation. <strong>Kloosiv diagnoses the situation<\/strong> and specificities of both tenants and landlords. Professionals accompany individuals throughout the process and supervise each case personally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users&#8217; circumstances vary. A common profile among <strong>Kloosiv <\/strong>users is elderly individuals experiencing <a href=\"https:\/\/isocial.cat\/en\/innovative-proposals-combat-unwanted-loneliness-elderly\/\"><strong>unwanted loneliness<\/strong><\/a> who are looking for someone to safely share their apartment. There are also cases of young people who cannot afford to rent an apartment alone and are interested in accompanying someone living alone. During the first two years, they conducted pilot tests in Girona to assess needs, establish protocols, and digitize information collected on housing availability in the area. In 2022, professionals began assisting individuals and creating cohabitations. In 2024, it will be implemented in Ripoll\u00e8s, with the participation of three municipalities (Sant Joan de les Abadesses, Campdev\u00e0nol, and Ripoll). Furthermore, it is one of the ten projects selected by the Social and Health Innovation Hub of the Government of Catalonia. Currently, it has already created and supported more than 100 housing cohabitations in
