This system allows organizations to have a comprehensive view of each person and their interactions, providing updated information that <strong>facilitates decision-making and the planning of social Taula del Tercer Sector: the Catalan Federation of Social Volunteering, the Mental Health Federation of Catalonia, Dincat, the Federation of Entities with Projects and Assisted Housing, ECOM, ECAS, and Minyons Escoltes and Guies de Catalunya. These federations will participate in the implementation process of SinergiaCRM in around sixty grassroots organizations and will play a key role in defining additional functionalities that will benefit not only the organizations currently involved in the project but also those that join in the organizations that have joined the project value very positively the ability to have all or most of their data in one unified place.\u201d Another aspect they highlight is the ability to adapt the tool to their needs from the start and the possibility of accessing data from anywhere, thanks to the fact that it is stored in the
