Fundaci\u00f3 iSocial took part in the national meeting \u201cPr\u00e1cticas con Impacto\u201d organized by Plena Inclusi\u00f3n in Seville, where we presented the Rehab-Lab Network to more than 500 professionals and organizations from the intellectual disability sector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fundaci\u00f3 iSocial celebrates the recognition of the Rehab-Lab Network<\/a><\/strong> as one of the most innovative initiatives in the field of technology<\/strong> applied to inclusion. On November 7, during the Pr\u00e1cticas con Impacto national meeting <\/strong>organized by Plena Inclusi\u00f3n<\/strong> in Seville, we showcased the Rehab-Lab model to over 500 professionals from the disability sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the event, Toni Codina<\/strong>, Director of Fundaci\u00f3 iSocial, and Joel Costa<\/strong>, from Fundaci\u00f3 Ampans, explained how the network of Fab-Labs specialized in 3D design and manufacturing of personalized assistive devices works<\/strong>, improving autonomy and quality of life for people with support needs. This initiative, driven by iSocial, is connected to the European Rehab-Lab network, which already includes more than 80 member organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The presentation concluded with the award for the best \u201cPractice with Impact\u201d in the Technology category<\/strong>, a recognition that strengthens our commitment to social innovation. In addition, at the showroom space we displayed real examples of functional aids created by the network\u2019s organizations and responded to numerous inquiries from interested entities. Several organizations from across Spain expressed their interest in joining the Rehab-Lab Network to set up their own Fab-Labs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This award marks another step in consolidating a project that aims to transform the way accessibility solutions are designed and manufactured, putting technology at the service of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
