At the closing event of the 2nd Call of the Transforma Program by HiSS, iSocial presented the results of the Nidus Deinstitutionalization project, which promotes the use of this app as a support tool for people with mental health challenges on their path toward independent living<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 28, the iSocial Foundation participated in the closing ceremony of the 2nd Call of the Transforma Program by the Social and Health Innovation Hub (HiSS)<\/strong>, held in Terrassa. This edition addressed the challenge \u201cCommunity Alternatives to Institutionalization\u201d<\/strong>, aiming to foster new care models focused on the individual and the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within this framework, we presented the results of the Nidus Deinstitutionalization<\/strong> project, which explores how our Nidus app can help people with mental health conditions<\/strong> take the step toward community life. During the project, we incorporated a new feature: an AI-based virtual assistant<\/strong>, designed to provide practical and empathetic support in daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project, carried out in collaboration with Pere Claver Grup<\/strong>, Institut Pere Mata<\/strong>, Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de D\u00e9u<\/strong>, Antares Consulting<\/strong>, and InQBarna<\/strong>, lasted one year, including a six-week pilot with users from the mentioned organizations, and was supported by HiSS, which provided training sessions to improve project management and impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pilot results<\/strong> show a very positive trend:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
