Given the absence of a common standard terminology, SNOMED CT was selected as the reference system for representing and exchanging issues and responses within the social Specifically, a specific use case focused on chronicity and end of life was defined. The second phase started in 2019, with childhood and mental health as central themes. The last phase, from 2020 to 2021, incorporated youth, dependency, and again childhood.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-column gb-block-layout-column\"><div
