In this way, it enables elderly individuals living alone to continue in their homes with the support of their surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neighborhood and commercial radars<\/strong> are individuals who, with a respectful approach, offer support and communicate risk situations to professional services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project combines <strong>the active role of Social Services with the shared responsibility of neighborhood entities and services<\/strong>. All of this is based on a community approach that allows the development of shared processes for the detection and connection of elderly people to the community network in their In 2022, it was introduced in the Barceloneta and Parc Vila Ol\u00edmpica areas. Currently, there are inquiries to transfer it to other locations in Catalonia and Spain.
