Description

In a context of accelerated digital transformation, it is essential for social services to incorporate technological tools that enhance management, intervention, and service evaluation.

Power BI is a powerful and accessible tool that allows centralized management of large amounts of data from diverse sources, enabling users to extract meaningful insights. In this way, Power BI facilitates data analysis and the development of robust quality systems, helping to measure the impact of services delivered and better guide decision-making.

This course offers a practical introduction to Power BI in the field of social services, from initial setup to the creation of dashboards and performance panels. You will learn how to import and organize data, create interactive visualizations, and generate useful reports to monitor service activity and evaluate impact.

The course includes guided work with practical cases, during which each participant will build, step by step, a dashboard tailored to the services and characteristics of the sector.

In addition to the technical skills required to use Power BI, the course also provides a strategic perspective on how to use information to improve service efficiency, quality, and responsiveness. It will support you in rethinking intervention models and help redefine them.

With this training, professional teams and leadership will be able to incorporate a key tool to move towards data-driven, results-oriented management aligned with the sector’s core values: quality, personalization, and continuous improvement.
