Ready4life, a coaching app for young people

Lugenliga

An anonymous coaching app designed to help young people cope with various mental health challenges

Disseny sense títol (6) min

Ready4life is a free and anonymous coaching app created to help teens and young adults cope with issues like stress, substance use, or social media addiction.

After signing up, users complete a questionnaire about their emotional state and daily habits. Based on their answers, the app provides a personalized assessment that forms the foundation of their support program. A traffic light color system highlights which areas of their life may need more or less attention.

The app features a virtual coach users can chat with to get advice on various topics. It also offers the option to anonymously consult with addiction prevention experts. Ready4life handles data confidentially and anonymously, collecting only the information strictly necessary for the app to function. Additionally, the information gathered contributes to the scientific study of the prevention program.
