Silverce is a European digital platform that connects people over 50 to safely share housing. Its main objective is to combat unwanted loneliness and promote new, more accessible and sustainable models of living together.

Through a simple and intuitive mobile app, Silverce allows users to create a personal profile, define the characteristics they value in cohabitation, and offer or search for a room in shared housing. Using an intelligent algorithm, the platform securely connects people with similar interests and life moments.

The platform is specifically geared toward people unfamiliar with technology and includes accessibility filters, verified profiles, and personalized support.

Silverce was created by Sonia Paz in 2025 with the aim of combating unwanted loneliness and offering solutions that promote active, autonomous and inclusive aging.

Currently, the platform has been implemented in Spain and plans to expand to other European countries such as Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
